Claudia is a Speech Pathologist, Linguist and Master in Education from La Trobe University. She has been an active researcher since 1999 with positions as Academic Consultant and Deaf Population Program Director, Director of inclusive Education Program in public and private schools, and as an education consultant for Lingüístics in Language Pathology Development, and a leading several rehabilitation educational programs. Claudia has participated and taught in inclusive education programs for students with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and related disabilities in school settings. She has worked closely with classroom teachers, school executives and family members of students to promote inclusive practices and approaches. She has had the responsibility to run workshops and design strategies to encourage different participants (parents, caregivers, teachers) to learn about speech-language disorders and learning difficulties, and their impact on academics and social behaviour.








Camila is an Occupational Therapist with a Master in Public Health from the University of Melbourne. She has a broad experience in inclusive programs for children with disabilities in mainstream schools, as well as in Latin American studies. Her research work has been about the interrelation between health and social sciences to promote the well-being of children and women, using qualitative and quantitative methods. She has worked in Chile, Haiti, Spain and Australia, developing Intercultural Communication and teamwork, as well as knowledge translation to improve program implementation.










Carolina is a Philosophy teacher and Master of education from University of Melbourne, with a specialisation in assessment and pedagogy. She also holds two graduate diplomas in leadership and education in vulnerable contexts.

She has more than ten years of experience as a teacher and also working with schools as an academic consultant doing training for principals and teachers, and formulating intervention programs for schools. In 2012, she co-founded NGO Innovacien, Chilean organisation working in the development and implementation of 21st century skills, technology and innovation, through her work with Innovacien she impacted the learning of more than 10.000 students.

Nisha is a Computer Engineer, born in India, has settled in Melbourne. She has more than 8 years of enriching experience as a Software Engineer at NIIT Limited & Gravy Partners, while in India. She had the opportunity to work on the E-Learning platform for several clients such as Texas University, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH), Shell Company and Turkish Airlines.

Nisha currently lead the ALATA IT team to envisage the future and establish, develop, deliver and manage the infrastructure of Learning Management System to the entire ALATA Team. She also has previous experience in multiple start-ups and multinational companies where she has obtained and developed practical experience in E-learning, e-commerce and banking domain.
